It is getting real close to the opening of Aja-Novemebr 7th! As of today I have some exciting news I wanted to share with my Here to Serve customers..I just hired Chef William Sigley to be the executive chef at Aja. I am really excited about having Chef Sigley on board with us. He has a strong background in kitchens from Wolfgang Puck's Chinois to Todd English's Olives!
